This is a stunning GENUINE ALL STEEL ALL FORD. '29 Roadster Pickup. Believed to have been restored in the US about 25 years ago but has been pampered since.
Looks as good underneath as it does is on top - pretty near perfect.
You would have to go a very long way to find a better example.
Upgraded with a number of period hot rod mods including 16" wires. 5. 5/750 tyres. Winfield head. new Stromberg 97 on an Ansen intake. Reds headers 4 into 1 manifold.
Smithy muffler. elec fuel pump. FSI electronic ignition. converted to 12 volt with Dynalite alternator. float-a motor kit. reversed eye springs. dropped headlight bar and moon style fuel tank. shortened steering arm.
VHRA eligible
Starts on the button and a joy to drive - recently completed 160 mile round trip to Devon.
Bad bits. small area of stitching has come adrift from the hood. and a couple of minor blemishes on the front wings
All stock parts retained should you want to go that route and could be available by separate negotiation.
Am advertising 2 cars. need to sell only one. first one goes! So £16500. firm
