Hello and welcome to the sale of this amazing and unique vehicle. This is a lifted and upgraded 4 x 4 expedition support truck designed to act as a camper and rough terrain ambulance. It won first prize for modern pick up truck at the Stars and Sripes classic car show at Tatton Park (see piccie). It has a brand new multi-point LPG system. which delivers the equivalent of around 30 mpg.
It is a Dodge Ram 2 nd Generation Magnum Laramie with Small Block 318 ci engine. Auto Box and Overdrive. It has Cruise Control. Air Conditioning. Electric Windows and Mirrors. Twin Air Bags. Electric Drivers seat. Radio CD Cassette. Inverter and much more.
It was originally registered in Canada and imported to the Czech Republic where it lived a pampered life as a show truck. It was imported to the UK in 2015 and upgraded by me. The new lift kit was fitted here. as was the LPG kit (all original suspension parts are here too). It has a bespoke swing away tailgate holding 2 Gerry cans. Other equipment and the Spare wheel. The 100 L donut tank for the LPG is in the spare wheel spot now with a filler on either side. The new 13. 00 lb winch with Snatch Block is remote controlled. It has 1. 00 LEDs mounted underneath so looks like it is floating on a blue carpet at night when switched on. It has a European CB Radio that has all Channels used in the UK and Europe (and elsewhere). It has a bespoke stainless steel exhaust that makes it sound as fabulous as it looks!
The condition is superb for the year with no rust. There are no mechanical issues and it drives beautifully. attracting stares and shouts wherever it goes. It has just passed it's MOT with no advisories and the Tester said this is the best one of these he has ever seen. Every extra is almost new. As I say. this one wins shows.
The expedition it was built for acquired an alternative funding stream so I did not need to use this vehicle after all - so it is now purely a show and shine vehicle.
