In 2005 this 1968 AMC Javelin seemed to be at the end of the line. Sitting in an Arizona salvage yard waiting for a date with the crusher. things looked grim for this unique classic. But the Javelin got lucky when the right person saw it at the right time and purchased the car. saving it from certain death. After a thorough restoration. the Javelin runs and drives right and looks good. It's powered by a correct 290 cubic inch V 8 mated to an automatic transmission with a floor shifter and console. Options include power steering and brakes with discs up front and factory AM/FM stereo.
