Purchased by myself 22/02/14 with 112. 34 miles on the clock from approximately the 3 rd owner.
I have had it confirmed. I bought from the 3 rd owner. The second owner messaged me. via e Bay. to let me know some of the cars history. it had 110. 00 miles on it when the second owner sold it.
I have done around 800 miles (kilometres shown are actually miles) in the 2 years I have owned the car. It is on full NSW rego until 07/10/2016. I gave it a full service as soon as I purchased the car. plugs. points. rotor. cap. leads. oils (all) and filters. The exhaust manifold was also welded as it had a small crack just above the flange. Five brand new Michelin 165 SR 15 XZX were fitted 31/03/14 and have done little work.
There is no rust or bubbling paint on the car.
The car is fitted with an after market air conditioning system installed (as near as I can tell) by the dealer or shortly after. The system does work although has no gas and the compressor is currently out of the car but comes with it. A (again. I presume) dealer fitted AWA push button AM radio works a treat. The only downside of the A/C fitting is that the glovebox was removed for the installation to be completed.
The 144 is a column shift 3 speed auto and works well. The car drives very well but would benefit from a loving owner that will use her and enjoy her. I now have a 1927 Model T Ford that seems to demand all my time.
I bought the car from Wollongong and drove it back to Lithgow where it has lived in my garage ever since.
