An adorable Mini 'Special' Saloon. Melvin was born in 1977 as a 1000 cc Special saloon and subsequently upgraded to the more desirable 1275 cc engine (correctly stated as such on the log book). Finished in bright red painwork complete with black vinyl roof and black flared wheel arches complete with 12" black minilight wheels. 'BECOMING RARER TO FIND NOW. ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION & VINTAGE (1977)'. Underwent extensive restoration about 10 years ago and I believe ongoing light restoration from 2005 - 2008 (lots of pictures to see). Good tyres all round. Not sure of actual mileage as has had replacement dash and speedo. ' GOES VERY WELL & HOLDS THE ROAD LIKE IT IS ON RAILS ~ PUTS A SMILE ON YOUR FACE'. Nearly forty years young this iconic car turns many heads wherever you go. Lots of receipts and invoices with handbooks.

Generally great order throughout ~ however there are areas that will require attention. The front wings are bubbling in places but all perfectly presentable and driveable with a strong engine. Must be viewed to be fully appreciated.
