Real 1972 MINI From New Zealand
I have had this car a year and a half I bought it to drive around in while in New Zealand in may 2012. The paint was a bit shaby but the engine made up for that being a very reliable upgraded 1100 from a MINI clubman it also has the more modern looking mini clubman dash. It was such fun to drive I decided to bring it back her and then while waiting for DMV to finish the paperwork I had it painted bronze with iridescent flake. I also had the electrical charging system checked out and a fresh battery. The seats have been replaced and are more comfortable than standard and the door panels are a little custom with speakers added for the stereo. I recently bought a Tesla roadster so this car is now not serving the purpose it did last year. driving to work with a very low gas bill these cars get over 30 mpg while still keeping up with traffic on the freeway and parking in the smallest spaces.

not a clubman or a cooper almost everyone calls any mini a cooper including dmv the give away is that a real cooper has two gas tanks. this is a classic Mini with a clubman 1100 engine and gauge cluster
