1982 Mercedes-Benz 207D High-Top Camper for sale

In 1977. Mercedes-Benz introduced a new transporter called the
T 1 and built in Bremen. Germany. The TN/T 1 was available as a
minibus or fitted with a cargo box body or flat cargo bed. A double
cab version was offered in the latter two configurations. The TN/T 1
van was also used as a campervan conversion being much larger than
the Volkswagen Transporter. These Mercedes-Benz campers are loved
due to their bullet proof diesel engines and simple mechanics.
Capable of great mileages they have proven to be reliable camper
conversions for generations of travellers. After 18 years of
production. 970. 00 of the Bremer Transporter were produced and
this well-loved model formed the basis for the next major
development. the 'Sprinter'. the benchmark by which all other panel
vans are measured.
This two berth High-Top period camper has less than 24. 00 miles
in the hands of just one keeper until 2014.
Professionally
converted when new. the interior comes with a hob and grill. fridge
and small sink with tap. The condition is described by the vendor
as quite remarkable given the vehicles age. The open road
awaits.
