For auction. very nice 1947 Jaguar 3. 5 Litre Saloon also known as a Mark IV. his Jaguar is in very nice condition having undergone a complete frame off high end restoration in 1997 and lovingly cared for since. he interior is the correct pattern high end leather and the wood is also in very nice condition. he headlining is the correct material also. The paint on this car is 18 years old but it has stood up very well as you can see in the photos. here is the odd imperfection and overall i would rate it As at least a 7. 5 out of 10. he underside of the Jaguar is also very clean and rust free as can be seen in the photos. he engine is the original matching number engine and just a month ago i had the car tuned and gone over by in my opinion the best independent Jaguar specialist in our region to the tune of $2500. 00. he engine starts on the button and works as it should. he only thing that doesn't function as intended at the moment is the tachometer which works intermittedly. his is a very rare Jaguar especially as its the 3. 5 litre. s this was the top end of the Jaguar saloon range at the time. am only selling it now because of an unexpected business opportunity and would like to see it go to a good home. have put a very reasonable reserve on this Jaguar and please only serious buyers. am located close to the major seaport of Halifax with roll on roll off ships arriving from Europe every two weeks. o overseas shipping is quite easy and cost effective. owever it is up to the purchaser to arrange shipping but i will help getting the vehicle to the dock or on a transport. astly this Jaguar is sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee of condition. ny questions will be answered promptly. hank you and good luck bidding.
