1970 PONTIAC GTO - FRESH FRAME OFF RESTORATION

455 4 SPEED CANADIAN CAR

This car is one of 133 with the L 75 option [455 CID 4 bbl V 8] sold in Canada.

The car has all of its original sheet metal just the way it left the factory back in 1970. We just completed a frame off restoration where no expense was spared. Please note that we did not do any bodywork whatsoever. Please review the pictures carefully. The car is painted a very eye-catching emerald green.

During the recent restoration we built a brand new Pontiac 455 engine that has been broken in and tested properly. The car comes with the original Muncie M 21 4 speed transmission which has been freshened up. The car features the heavy duty F 40 suspension. the Y 96 handling package and a 12 bolt posi-traction rear-end with 3. 55 gears from the Oshawa factory.

The car is fully documented by GM of Canada. It was sold in Canada and never left Canada. So it makes sense that the car came with a rear window defroster from the factory as an option. This is a very rare car and it is in excellent condition!!

make arrangements to complete the transaction. $1. 00. 00 NON REFUNDABLE

DEPOSIT is due within 48 Hours of auction end. Full payment must be

received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by

bank wire transfer only. If

funds are not received. and an alternate arrangement has not been made. the

vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a

first-come. first-serve basis. The parties agree that this contract shall

be construed under the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario. Canada.

that the Provincial Court of Ontario. Canada shall have exclusive

jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract

or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller

and venue may be had in the Ontario Superior Court of the Province of

Ontario.

I have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle.

However. I recommend that all buyers conduct an inspection either in person

or through a qualified professional third party inspector prior to the end

of the auction. If such inspection reveals a substantial discrepancy

between the information contained in the listing and the actual vehicle. we

will correct the problem at no charge or work out a compromise.

I will assist with shipping arrangements however. the buyer pays all

shipping costs. I do not have any affiliation with. or interest in. any

transportation companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed
