Shelby : Series 1 convertible

This is a modern day Cobra designed. engineered and built by the Legendary Carroll Shelby. Back in the mid 1990's Carroll Shelby set out to do something he had never done before which was to design. engineer and build his own car. All other Shelby's are re-engineered models produced by other manufacturers and modified by Carroll Shelby. He later found out that building a low production vehicle was very expensive. There were only 249 of these vehicles built. His cost for building these vehicles exceeded $150. 00 . This particular car sold for over $175. 00 when new.
This vehicle is so rare that it will certainly appreciate in the coming years.
This car has an aluminum 4. 0 DOHC Aurora Shelby race tuned engine creating 320 HP. The cars lightweight chassis and carbon fibre body kept its curb weight to 2. 50 lbs which allowed the car to sprint from 0 to 60 MPH in 4. 4 seconds with a top speed of 170 MPH

I am the second owner of this car and have owned this car since January 2004 The car is currently located in Vancouver . Canada and has cleared Canadian customs and is ready to be registered as a collector vehicle ( cheap insurance )The car can also be shipped or driven back into the US with no issues.
