After 20 years of major success in sales and motorsport Austin Morris started to celebrate this wonderful iconic brand by producing Limited Editions.
So in 1979 the Mini 1100 Special was produced to celebrate 20 years of the brand.

The press release stated that 5000 units would be produced and specification would include sports steering wheel. rev counter and even a cigar lighter!

This example is in good overall condition although by no means concours and drives exceptionally well.

There is a good amount of history including a Leyland service book and many old invoices.

A great cost effective way to begin classic car ownership.
