1936 Rolls Royce 25/30 Cabriolet by Pemberton

A beautiful dual cowl car under long term ownership for the past few decades. The car wears a post war body fitted early on by Pemberton of Stone. The body is of traditional aluminium over a finely crafted ash frame & is not dissimilar to the Wingham cabriolets produced in period my Martin Walter.
To the interior is burgundy leather in good order throughout with a light patina of use. This is complimented by Maroon carpets again in very good condition. An Auster screen cunningly cantilevers out of a storage recess affording protection to the rear passengers along with its mohair knee cover. A commodious boot affords excellent luggage storage for continental touring.
The paintwork is black over cream & is in good condition throughout. It is complimented by a black hood which is also in good order. The hood is of the disappearing variety that tucks down behind the rear seats allowing an uninterrupted view behind. The hood has a snug cover that snaps over it when down giving a very tidy & finished appearance. A full set of side screens come with the car. Ace wheel discs are fitted all round. including to the side mounted spare.
The car has been well looked after under the previous tenure & starts & runs beautifully. We are performing a full lubrication service on it prior to sale & also setting the tappets. This is a rare & handsome body style in excellent order & absolutely ready for the next chapter in its life.
