I am pretty sure that the famous song was talking about a Merc 49 when written but when you see what is under the hood of this 39 you will definitely be Crazy About A Mercury. That is because the motor and transmission are out of a late model Ford Lightning. A 5. 4 Liter supercharged. 380 horsepower. fuel injected. motor that was offered by Fords SVT group. It was mounted on a customized frame with Tubular A arms. rack & pinion front steering. gas shocks. up front and a full 4 link coil over set up out back. 4 wheel disc brakes and a Ford 9 inch rear end are incorporated also. It rides on wide white radial tires over steel wheels controlled by an electronic Air Ride Technologies suspension. If you do not like the rake just add or subtract pressure form the bladders and adjust it to your liking. It sure makes this car ride and handle better. Good thing because this car will flat haul butt! The overdrive automatic transmission is right at home in this car controlled by a custom shifter mounted inside a custom one off console. The rest of the interior is 100% customized to. Leather two tone bucket seats. matching full rear seat. lap belts. custom carpet. matching floor mats. amazing sculpted door panes. custom gauge cluster. Ididit chrome tilt steering column. custom steering wheel. In-dash navigation system all kept cool with Vintage AC. The manual folding top is covered in Hartz cloth custom stitched material. The trunk is finished out like the interior with a custom housing for the air ride components. This professionally built Hot Rod has original sheet metal. beautiful paint. and nice trim. This car is fast. fine. and fabulous. It is a fresh build with attention to detail and totally show quality. It is ready to show. drive. and enjoy. We own our building as well.

We do not do too many consignments like most classic car dealerships.
