HAS BEEN IN DRY STORAGE FOR OVER 30 YEARS
My Grandad (RIP) passed away in 1978 whilst restoring this rare car it was then passed to my Dad who did some more research & gathered some spare parts & sadly Dad passed away aged 80 yo in 2009 so now I have it but with no interest in Veteran cars it sits gathering dust in the Shed. I know I will never restore it but I would like someone with a passion for the early cars to take on the task. I believe this car to be the only known one of it's kind in the world however there are various other similar models in museums etc. I would imagine there is very little left in the way of finding parts but things like a repaint. hood (hood bows are there) & a general tidy. engine put together (all parts are there but needs the cam machining) It has well over 200 pages of information & photos including correspondence with the Phoenix register in the UK. I have had pretty good offers from Hot Rodders wanting to turn it into something modern but I think both my Grandad & Dad would probably turn over in their graves if I let that happen. I Have no idea what it is worth so make some offers. I am happy to assist in transport to a depot of your choice near Brisbane or pickup is available. I'll try to answer all questions & if you require more photo's you will need to send you e-mail address.
