Rare Convertible

BODY: Older repaint in the original Washington blue. Nice driver quality. Very solid original car. Bumper overrides and wingtips. Foglights. Accessory turn signals. Nice and fully functional covertible top.

ENGINE: Believed to be the original 21 stud flathead V 8. New Mallory dual point distributor and coil. New carburetor. Runs and sounds excellent. Starts right up and idles like a flathead should.

TRANSMISSION: Believed to be the original 3 speed transmission. New clutch assembly. Shifts great.

EXHAUST: Recent glass-pack style mufflers. Sounds great.

FRONT SUSPENSION: Stock front suspension.

REAR SUSPENSION: Stock rear suspension.

BRAKES: Original brakes completely rebuilt. Brakes work good.

INTERIOR: Tan leather. Interior has been restored with original style materials. Great interior. Radio works. Heater. Beautiful wood painted dash.

WHEELS/TIRES: Restored original rims with polished hub caps and trim rings. Ford script wide whitewall tires.

OVERALL CONDITION: Excellent showable driver.

SUMMARY: This is an excellent car that is unrestored for the most part. Repainted many years ago. still presentable driver quality. Runs and drives great. It's hard to find cars like this that have not been hacked up. modified. or restored beyond drivability. This car is completely functional and great looking. Can be shown or driven without giving you a heart attack everytime you hear a stone in the wheelwell. Clean California title. The car is currently registered.
