1965 Mercedes-Benz 230 SL Roadster
Description
This is a very nice. quality car.
The car has been mechanically maintained. runs and drives as it should.
Smooth shifting transmission. no smoke motor with very good throttle reaction (shows a proper working injector).
The car is a Eueropean model. It has European instruments (KM/h. etc. ) has kinder seat. Euro lights. new brakes. good tires. smooth on the freeway as well as in the city.
Odometer has 97. 71 Kilometers. approximately 60. 00 miles.
Tan soft top is good. it also comes with the red detachable hardtop. Hardtop headliner is in good condition as it the wood.
Car has some rust bubbling showing on the right rear quarter panel behind the wheel opening (see photo).
There is also some rust bubbling on the rear valance by the tail pipe outlets (see photo).
Nice interior. everything works including the radio. heater blower motor. wipers. lights and signal lights.
The car was repainted a few years ago. the original color was red brown. now it is red.
The dash is still red brown.
I have underside photos if you want me to send them to you. A look at the underside will show that it is not patched or rusty.
The car has a very reasonable reserve.
You can drive this car anywhere.
