For Sale is an awesome 1947 Willys CJ 2 A Military. Navy jeep tribute.
This beauty was owned by a proud military man for over 20 years before I acquired it. He did a restoration on it several years back.
He cut out any rust that needed it. and replaced with sheet metal. He kept it all original. with the original engine and transmission.
He put the updated 12 volt battery system in it.
All the lights. blinkers. wipers and gauges work perfect.
In the last two months I had the brakes all redone. a rebuilt carburetor was installed. a new fuel pump and filter was installed.
The engine has great oil pressure.
The springs were replaced in the transfer case and the three speed transmission shifts great! The seat upholstery is brand new with high density foam (which makes for a comfortable ride).
The tires are practically new.
This Willys also comes with a very nice fully enclosed cover and two doors.
I also have a partial vinyl cover that I am including with the sale.
The frame to use either of them will need to be purchased by new owner.
Steering was just adjusted and works great.
This bad boy runs out great!!! It can sit for three weeks and starts up like you drove it an hour ago.
