Hello and thanks for stopping by our auction for this. low mileage. well kept. "Tough As Nails". 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser diesel. V. I. N. # BJ60-021656. Awesome long distance vehicle that makes a great Sudanese gun ship! Reliable as a lead pencil. The Land Cruiser 60 series. Tougher than hell. it sits on what many have called a 1 ton chassis. Leaf sprung on solid axles it is hard to beat the dependability and durability that comes from these things at the factory. I like the body style. the never ending diesel engine. the torque for climbing. Its off-road driving capabilities are close to those of a hummer H1. It's a great hunting vehicle. The diesel engine. with standard transmission. is by far the best choice for reliability. power and torque. It's nearly impossible to get this thing stuck in the snow and she has a nice ride on paved roads. It's a little unique as well. There were a limited supply shipped to the U. S. A. . so you don't see very many on the road. It has held it's value well. A very well built vehicle. This vehicle drives better than the day it was sold new and gives total confidence when covering big distances on or off road. loaded or towing. It will tolerate urban driving. but begs for long runs. I did not want to sell this vehicle now. but would swap it for a wife who complained as little as it does! LOL. 4-wheel drive with 3. 4L Diesel engine!! I have to say that this Cruiser's 5-speed manual transmission shifts easily through the gears. just installed a new clutch kit. the diesel starts right up. sounds and runs great! No issues on this one. Only 50. 57 miles!! I've seen these engines go for hundreds of thousands of miles! Thoroughly capable. solid and sturdy. As you can see in the many detailed pictures taken. body is in great shape the"Beige" exterior shines like the Florida sun. has no rust and is real straight. she looks hot. really great! The. all original. "Light Tan" interior is in outstanding shape. very clean. escpecially for her year and shows little wear. Seating is comfortable and supportive front and rear. with back seat riders benefiting from the addition of 3rd row side bench. foldable seats. The rear area can be turned into a convenient cargo area! Abundant storage possibilities! The air conditioner is cold and the HEATER works. nice and hot. Features include. 3. 4L diesel engine. 4WD. 17" alloy wheels. rear hitch. spare tire. tilt steering wheel. 5-speed manual transmission. folding second and third row seats. aluminum running boards. rear barn door-style opening. cassette player. Bazooka base tube. stereo amplifier. Pioneer detachable faceplate stereo. CD changer and more! Surprisingly agile handling. versatile and comfortable interior and Toyota's reputation for reliability. Here's a review from a 1988 Land Cruiser owner. "I love how old this car is and how great it runs. it has never failed me and the looks and thumbs up I get while driving this 1988 Land Cruiser is great! It really is one of a kind"! This Cruiser has perfect storage capacity (bikes. kids. furniture. luggage. camping equipment etc). A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions. we will sell to the highest bidder. Win. Lose or Draw. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.

A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.

If the vehicle is shipped or towed this will apply.  Florida DMV has gone online and a service charge of $99 will apply to each and every temporary tag issued.  This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax. this includes all states and Canada.
