Series 2 Super Seven Cosworth
Current owner since 1997. previous owner from early 70's known personally and still in touch. Previously raced in the midwest. Authenticity checked via Lotus Seven register in England. have original chassis plate. matching frame number. original Weber carbs. This is one of the nicest. most drivable original Lotus Sevens you will find. It has enough original details to be turned into a show car. and enough updates to become a race car. but really. buy it and drive it. it is what they are made for.
Rare details include original Cosworth intake manifolds. exhaust header and cam cover.

Divider visible in engine bay is a heat shield. which is very effective. and is removable with several screws for original look

 video. sound is horrid. all wind noise and could not figure out ho to eliminate it. Look careful at the very end. that is indeed a police cruiser coming toward me after a little throttle oversteer. luckily he was in a good mood or looking elsewhere.
