1976 Scout it has a 345 V 8 dual exhaust and a 727 Torqueflite transmission with Dana 44 axles with 307 gear ratio. looks and sounds cool. Its got power steering. Power front disk brakes. Tilt sterring wheel. New AC. CD player with MP 3 connection. This truck was never in a wreck. The frame was never torched or altered in any way. Floor pans are very strong and original. No rust under the under carriage. Differential tags are still there. they aren't rusted off. and that's rare in itself.

Engine like i said. Doesn't knock smoke leak or make any weird noises. This truck runs and drives very strong as you can see in the video. Paint and seats were re-done recently. The original window panels on the inside were old and brittle. they were replaced with 2 new wood panels. As you can see in the pictures they look clean. But the rest of the interior is original it was given some freshening up. or refurbishment if you will. It's got all it's original body mouldings. To me that's amazing that they lasted this long on a 4 x 4 vehicle. To me that evidence of good ownership.

It's got new spark plugs. new wires. new oil change. new transmission service. brakes are good. Tires are good. Shocks are good. It's got a good spare tire with all it's hardware. Front end is good it doesn't pull to the left or right when you come to a stop.

All the lights work. All the glass is good.

Windows go up and down without problem.

work. Windshield wipers and washer fluid all work. This truck looks very cool. It's not a frame-off restoration but it's not an old heap put back together with different parts. This truck just needed a little freshening up. It's got all it's original body parts. You can get in it. drive it. have fun it's great for the beach great for off roading or great just for your everyday comute. This truck when it pulls up to a light with it's dual exhaust sound and 70's classic look is a real head turner. People look at you and give you a thumbs up at the light and say "that's cool".
