What a pleasure to offer this cracking British Sports Car. These cars were introduced to the public in 1950. Most went to the States. Compare the TD with its predecessor the TC – the improvements were immense. Rack and pinion steering heads the list. plus independent front suspension which makes these cars a greater pleasure to drive. This example does not pretend to be in concours condition. but she is very sound. having a metal tub. photo records all on file. The vendor bought this car in the States in 1994 and restored it over there. The history file is huge. certificate of title from the Commonwealth of Virginia plus a British heritage certificate. The interior is in condition 1. all new leather etc. Mechanically. we are told she is very good. so is the hood and sidescreens with it you have an excellent tonneau cover. no rust. but I would say the paintwork is in condition 2. PS did you know. the tool boxes underneath the bonnet were surplus ammunition boxes.
