As it says in the title this is a 1972 Right Hand Drive Westy pop-top.
It is taxed until September. but as it is tax exempt you have to renew the disk. but it is free.
So. the good bits:
A Laurie Pettit 1776 engine with about 4000 to 5000 miles on it A propex thermostatically controlled heater for those colder evenings A locking Gene Berg Shifter A Waeco CR-50 Fridge A 100 watt solar panel & two leisure batteries A Pro-tec cover A Side step The not so good bits:
There is bubbling at the bottom of the drivers door. but I don't think this is anything but cosmetic (See pictures). The paint below the drivers door needs some attention. but again I don't think this is anything but cosmetic (See pictures). Some other cosmetic areas where it shows signs of age. I have tried to be honest with the pictures. but will supply more if needed. I want to sell. but equally I want to be honest. I have always found the VW community to be fair and I hope whoever buys this will say the same about me.
I am happy for a prospective buyer to have a full mechanical & body work inspection prior to purchase.
