International Scout First Generation
Hello. and welcome to my auction. I have a 1963 International Scout in good/excellent condition. It runs great and the engine has been gone through in just the last few weeks. The engine has all new seals and gaskets. the carburetor has been rebuilt. and it now runs like a champ. It has the original 4 cylinder and it is original to this vehicle.
The body is in excellent shape minus one of the rear quarter panels. I do have a spare quarter panel. that is included in this auction. to replace the damaged one and it is in great shape. It will be very easy to swap them out when and if you do a restoration. The doors. tailgate. and all floors are in excellent shape and both the drivers side and passenger side are rust free and solid.
The transmission and transfer case have all been gone through. and everything shifts correctly. and 4 wheel drive works great. You can actually walk faster than this rig when it's in 4 low. It is a lot of fun to go cruisin' in the hills with and it will climb just about anything.
I am also including the original rims and tires in this auction along with an additional transmission. transfer case. and steering gear box. The steering works fine but it does catch once in a great while. I bought the steering box to swap it out but it works fine so I would just wait until it needs to be done.
