Great Little Healey. runs on unleaded and pulls like a train.
I planned to keep it but a TR6 came up that I just could not resist and cannot justify both. but if it does not sell I will just wrap it up and leave it a few years.

From the 135 only made in 1975 for the UK market. only 2 were reportedly made as Sebring Silver and I believe this to possibly be one of them. but it is up the new owner to verify.
Has been on SORN for approx 16 months but now just recommissioned with a new MOT only Friday. I have the V5 so can easily be taxed on the same day at a post office.
It needed a little welding for the MOT but the additional following has been done making it "good to go" :-
* 5 NEWLY REFURBISHED ORIGINAL ALLOYS ** 5 NEW TYRES ** NEW TRACK ROD END ** NEW PLUGS. POINTS. DISTRIBUTOR CAP. nbsp;CONDENSER ** OIL & FILTER CHANGE ** NEW CAMBELT AND "V" BELT FITTED * * NEW FLASHER UNIT *
Good pointsLooks nice. shiny and presentableIs the later model with the desired 5 Speed Box and more robust engine.  No leaks evident Brand new tyres and refurbed alloysAll the trim is good and the seats are not splitThe dash facia is actual wood albeit could do with refurb. Very good condition soft topDrives really well and pulls like a train from the lovely Twin Dellorto breathing Lotus 907 EngineEngine responsive with very good oil pressure.
All pictures in fairness make cars look better than it is. so would suggest any buyer / potential buyer come and take a look before bidding.
Areas for improvementThe car generally could do with a bit of TLC. I have not spent time hoovering and polishing. just washed it.  The Glove box could do with fixing up properly and the clock is noisyThe Electric Radio aerial has stopped working (it was working OK so may have been something the garage doing the works has inadvertently disconnected)The Fuel Gauge is not working at the moment. I have not investigated and could be a simple fix. The Bonnet on these cars is really heavy. I have disconnected the stay as only on one side and really poor design and not up to the job. Whilst the bonnet appears strong you can feel the flex in it with age when lifting and the drivers side hinge by the scuttle may need adjustment to make it sit tight in that corner. The Drivers side headlamp cowling is split at the top but these are on Ebay pretty cheap. The engine feels a little lumpy at tickover but have been told this is normal. The mechanic indicated that one of the rear wheel bearings is slightly noisy.
Included in the sale is a tonneau and the soft top cover.  A really good hard top is available at additional cost by separate negotiation.
SummaryThis is a nice rare car. It does need some light TLC from someone more experienced than myself to make it really good. The key things have been done.  It does have the minimal surface rust in the odd place and has been repainted in the past. It is of course nearing 40!
The bottom line it is what it is. a rare and iconic piece of British Heritage.
A file full of bills. quite a number of MOT certs. handbook and workshop manual.   Not complete but interesting.

Available to view Just off J9/M27 (Between Southampton and Portsmouth)

NoteI am happy to consider a reasonable offer but encourage any potential buyer to come and have a look first.
