Rare Vintage 1970 Saab 96 V4, Complete, Original, Excellent Car to Restore for sale
Current customer rating:
We recently acquired a vintage 1970 Saab 96 V 4 in decent condition for the year.
It would make a great project car.
It appears to be all original. We did not start the engine because the bracket on the radiator came loose tearing a hole into the side of the radiator.
We are not positive of the mileage. but the owner saved every maintenance sticker and pasted it on the cowl. Last maintenance was a valve adjustment in 1976. At that time it had 85 K. We think the odometer is at 104 K. There are some rust issues on the body. but nothing that is so severe that restoration cannot fix.
The trunk floor does have a few holes in it.
The underbody has surface rust but the floor is solid.
Needs a bracket for the front bumper.
Interior is red cloth. Back seat has fraying on top--I suspect from sun.
Windshield is cracked.
Apparently this car was built by SAAB as a rally car.
Please examine pictures carefully as it is too hard to describe every detail of this car.
You can email or call us at 1- and ask for Dave.
We do not warranty this car--obviously it will need to be towed.
Tax. title. and license will apply to Wisconsin resident. It is sold AS-IS. AS-SHOWN.
Absolutely no returns.
Car must be picked up. we will not ship it.
