Here we have a 1962 A 55/60 pickup bought by me last year for transporting my Harley Chop to shows. was up and running with Mot and tax . /
The engine is a 1850 cc Mg lump with a four speed box with overdrive. this runs fine with no undue smoke or rattles
The body has had some subtle mods. tail lights moved to the side of the tail gate de trimmed . the front grill area smoothed over
Very good body . ll steel floor . ills. doors. inner outer wings some filler above the arches and around the lights but no rot!
the cabs tidy. with a floor change . uck and roll door cards . yank horn ring . etc
The wheels are 15 inch scimitar with four good tyres . lowered 2 inch's all round
the rear bed is checker plate and is set up for transporting motorbikes
all the brake lines and wheel cylinders are new as is the battery
so whats the catch i here you say. well apart from a respray (paint supplied )
The Diffs Broke ! when i bought it the diff had snapped fitted a replacement diff and is still not right ! so i have done something wrong
the pickup runs fine selects gears fine but the diff is making funny noises so budget for a replacement diff and that it !

just a few thing to add and subtract v 5 in my name . o engine size on it. its a historic commercial truck so just weight and fuel type
the year on the v 5 is 1964 not 62 as per my description
the diff is the standard A 60 banjo case. standard half shafts with a higher ratio Mga. diff gearbox
there is a tow bar fitting behind the rear number plate . a usable tilt bed cover and tilt rods with the truck
