1967 Morris Mini Deluxe 1100 Motor Modified for sale

The car was registered and driven regularly up until a year ago.
I acquired this car 15 years ago. when it was rebuilt (new wiring. door
seals. front floor pans. spare wheel well. paint etc. ). This mini goes and
stops like a Cooper S and corners even better thanks to some
hard to find vintage parts and other modifications. including:
• Double valve spring cylinder head (ex. Cooper/Midget/Sprite)
• Lightened flywheel (ex. Cooper Mk II "S")
• After-market cam shaft with Cooper "S" profile
• 1. 5" SU carburetor with Howley intake manifold
• K. G. Engineering 3-into-2 extractors with RC 40 muffler
• SU electric fuel pump (ex. Cooper Mk II "S")
• Vacuum-less distributor (ex. Cooper Mk II "S")
• Straight-cut drop gears
• Late model rod-change 4-synchro gearbox (ex. Moke) with Cooper "S" ratios
• Late model half-shafts with pot joints
• Large radiator (ex. Morris 1100) with electric radiator fan
• Disc brakes (front. ex. Cooper "S")
• Koni shock absorbers (front)
• Adjustable ride height (front & rear)
• Adjustable camber and castor (front & rear)
• Converted to rubber doughnuts (originally hydrolastic suspension)
• ROH Contessa 10" mag wheels (rear)
• "Group N" offset Contessa 10" mag wheels (front)
• Sliding window doors (ex. Cooper/Morris 850)
• Smiths gauges - amps. water temp. oil pressure
However. this mini is now almost 50 years old and does need some work.
These are the issues that I know of:
• Has rust near "A" pillar seams. door sills. R. H. rear body seams and L. H. rear floor pan
• Slight damage to L. H. door sill and rear subframe
• Defunct thermostat for electric radiator fan (runs constantly)
• Leak from oil cooler
• Drum brakes need overhaul
• Odometer doesn't work
• Compression tested 10/09/2012: 125 125 100 135
• Missing some upholstery. interior lighting and one front seat
The car is otherwise complete including spare wheel and jack.
I will throw in a sliding mount for a SAAS bucket seat if useful.
These are the numbers from the I. D. plate:
• Type: YMA 2 S 2
• Car No. : 22163 (matching stamp on body)
• Engine No. : 9 YA/Ta/H 23134 (engine is actually 10 YTAH 63341)
• Colour: 1/EXECUTIVE GREY/3
