This auction is for one 1973 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper Van/Bus. This bus is in excellent mechanical condition is ready for your summer camping excursions. The bus drives mint.
I drove 175 miles today to a VW show without any problems.
It has a rebuilt 1. 7 engine with dual carburetors.
The front end is tight. the shifting is precise. brakes are great and the tires have plenty of tread. It has a few upgrades to assist in the driving experience such as an oil temperature gauge. an in dash tachometer and an AM FM CD player. It also has upgraded bucket seats that are much more comfortable than the originals. The camping interior is all there and functioning as it should with a little wear and tear. The body is good with a little rust here and there. the worst being a few spots on the bottom(see photos). The frame is excellent as well as all of the suspension. All in all this Westy is a great little bus that is turn key and ready to go. Get ready to get waves and thumbs up from anyone who see you driving down the road.

The VW will be sold to the highest bidder. No reserve. It will be sold with a clear title and a copy of the previous registration from the state of Rhode Island. A deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of the auctions end though paypal. Remainder of payment must be a bank certified check or cash in person. Shipping is the buyers responsibility.
