Owned by a cricket club in Leicestershire this tractor was really only used during the summer months to tow a gang mower. For the winter months it was laid up in a secure garage. Up until 2013 it appeared to be OK but in that summer it developed the fuel leak. We have tried to repair by custom making gaskets. but the problem persists. Engine does turnover. with a suitably heavy duty battery. but at the moment the engine does not start.
The vehicle plate indicates this was originally a US Air Force vehicle. so might suit a military society who have the facilities to repair and refurbish.
We really need to sell the tractor to make space in the garage for other ground maintenance equipment.

Hi Peter, I'm an aircraft modeler and I'd like to build the Ford 2000 (USAF) in 1/48 scale. Can I kindly ask you if you can send me detailled pictures of the tractor? There is an lod kit but I'm willing to improve the whole details (interior, engine, etc...). THANKS!!!
