1957 Series 1 107" Station Wagon .

Rebuilt by ourselves as a personal toy . too many other projects means this isn't getting used or enjoyed .

We spent the last year re-building this with the following spec .

It was originally a factory grey 107" Station wagon . they only produced around 700 of which only some 130 are beleived to still exist .

Galv Chassis from a 1 tonne modified to suit .

Salisbury rear axle ( brand new ) to cope with the power and large wheels .

9. 00 x 16 Nearly new tyres on 130 rims .

Swing away wheel carrier .

LHD configuration easy to convert to RHD if required .

Fully rebuilt and shotblasted bulkhead painted in the correct grey .

New front exmoor series seats .

Correct second row bench seat .

Full internal roll cage from a dakar 110 .

Twin tanks .

New wiring loom .

Servo brakes .

Tropical roof .

3. 5 Turbo Diesel Mazda SLT Engine ( have original invoice for the engine when purchased from Motor and Diesel ) approx 120 bhp .

5 speed LT 77 Defender box and transfer box .
