Of the 1. 3 million cars made by Morris this very late Feb 1971 example is logged as around 6300 cars from the very end of the production run.

​ In excellent order throughout this Morris was with its last owner since 1987. It has been serviced every year by a local mechanic who also put it through its MOT and carried out any work that was needed to keep it in tip top shape. The history is from this garage since 1987 and all the MOT history is present to back up the mileage. It has also just been serviced.

The sills have previously been replaced to a very high standard and this car is very solid throughout. The floors are original as is the rest of the car. It has not been restored but well cared for making it hard to find another like this.

The interior is lovely and fresh with excellent seats and headlining making this a great place to be and enjoy the driving experience of classic motoring.

The Morris had a respray back in 1991 (in the original colour) and has been garaged stored ever since with very few miles added - it has only been used for weekend driving and for shows - which no doubt any new owner would continue to enjoy.

The Morris drives very well indeed and is happy to cruise at 65 mph with no rattles or shakes - we think it is the best driving Morris we have ever had. The original 1098 cc A series engine is also good on fuel with approximately 30 mpg around town. We have fitted a new battery - although it comes with the original jack and starting handle!

This car is of course road tax free and qualifies for classic car insurance so your investment can only rise in value whilst being very reasonable to keep on the road. Overall a very good example which could be taken to a 10 out of 10 condition under the care of a loving owner.

This car is original and very very clean as per photos but there are a few small blemishes which could be easily sorted if you wanted a concours vehicle. There are not many of these around with this originality and mileage - they are only original once!
