It is safe to say you could look at a Thousand Travellers and still struggle to find one this good! (and we should know!)
The subject of a comprehensive rebuild previously and dry stored. and never even taken out in the rain since by its previous owner.
Underneath the car is very clean with no rust or rot. protected with a good coat of under seal but looks neat and tidy.
All welding has been carried out with great care and looks just as it should.
In the body she has had a full new ash frame fitted. which is still in perfect order. with 4 new steel wings. all new chrome. stainless sill finishers and wheel trims. the car has also been finished with a very good quality respray in Smoke Grey.
From an aesthetic point of view the car is probably better than new!
Inside the car has good quality carpet fitted and benefits from a good head lining. glove box liners and all new door cards / trims etc. . br/>She also has Newton commercial "Suffolk" Recliners fitted in Contrasting Navy Blue to match.
Mechanically the car drives superbly. with original quality shoes and servo fitted to the raking system the way she stops can be compared to modern vehicle's.
Her engine was converted to unleaded and reconditioned and converted to unleaded on restoration. it is very strong and starts first turn of the key.
Transmission wise the car is also very good. changes gear cleanly with no awkward noise.
Viewing is strongly recommended at our New Halifax showroom. transport can be arranged nationally and internationally.
Debit / Credit cards are accepted. finance can also be arranged.
Part exchange on Morris Minors is considered.
