Hi & welcome to the sale of this Golf Mk 2 Gti 16 v 3 Door. One of two which I'm selling off from my collection of three 16 v Golf mk 2. I Purchased this car 4 years ago from a guy who had owned it for 10 years. There are only 2 former keeper to him. Finished in a very rare colour on a GTI . L 52 M Solid Blue with rainbow interior. First registered in the Uk on the 21 / 6 / 90 at Harper Euro Cars At Stevenage. Fitted with Power steering . electric windows . cental locking . sunroof . Retains its full original book pack with sales mans business cards . service book . two keys . a complete 16 v key fob . original dealer number plates . original tax disc holder. Stamped service history till 2000 . main dealer up to 1996. Stacks of bills for servicing & repairs thereafter . Old mot. from 1993 to 2014 ( 2012 missing as i never used it that year ).

Boot sicker is in place.

When i purchased the car is was in its original state . rust free body but the paintwork was showing its age.

I stripped the cars exterior & had it completely repainted in it original colour.

Only panel which is not original is the n / s / f wing which had rust in the lower front behind the moulding. Rear sub frame has been power coated in satin black along with the caliper carriers & fuel tank straps. Underneath has been jet washed & wax oiled for future protection. Lots of other small items. Retains its original vw tinted glass with the best original front windscreen I've seen. Interior & exterior are in perfect condition. Hardly any signs of wear & tear on anything.

One of the nicest original looking cars about. Lost track of what I've spent on this car but its a lot !! If your interested . best thing to do is to come & view it for yourself.
