1971 VW beetle 1584cc
1 years mot  as from 11/10/2016. tax free
The engine was a 1300cc originally. bored to 1584cc when the car was restored in 2007 by the previous owner. I've used the car for 2 years as a daily driver with out any problems. the engine has just had a full service and working well. no end float it's a good original engine. it has new brakes front and rear being hubs all round. new rear wheel bearings. and various other routine replacements done for the latest mot including ball joints. tie rod ends and engine mount. The underneath is solid with no major issues. as is the battery tray. there are areas of rust the front apron is one but not serious yet but will need doing. and the front wings where the chrome badges were covered by the previous owner. again nothing major just cosmetic. just had heater channels repaired and will be good for years. the heater does work. This is a good honest reliable bug. and can be driven away with no major issues. comes with loads of old history including previous owners letters and photos. old mot's and v5's. the folder is big but a brilliant addition and a good read also comes with the flat four roof rack. inancial reasons for selling will be extremely sad to see her go. would love to see it go to an enthusiast as they need lots of tlc.
