Well. it's actually a 1971 Austin 1000 van
. same as a Morris Minor van but rarer and more sought after.
The van belongs to my wife who's used it for her gardening business (The vinyl graphics in picture 2 have now been removed without trace).
It has been a fantastic promotional vehicle and an absolute boon for her business.
Owned for nearly 9 years. Off the road and garaged for the last two and a half years.
Very nice solid condition with excellent chassis and the all important rust free gutters
The van will come with 12 months MOT
Tax exempt but currently SORNED.
Mileage reads 46980 (I have no idea whether this is correct)
It has grey leather seats (believed to be from a Wolsey).
Recent 'Newton commercial' black carpets.
Recently overhauled front suspension with new Swivel pin legs. king pins. top and bottom trunnions and stub axles.
New piston rings about 80 miles ago.
Recent petrol pump
Newly replaced windscreen rubber.
New battery.
Stainless steel exhaust.
Powder coated radiator grille and bumper blade.
Engine bay painted in bronze hammerite.
Spare wheel and wheel brace included (no jack though)
I have a tin of cellulose paint that will be included.
