DUTTON B-Plus British Roadster Kit Car.

I am the original owner.

Built in 1978. legally licensed in Ontario. Canada as a 1971 Ford Pinto. Front Mid Engine. 2 seat. convertible roadster.

Excellent performance. incredible power to weight ratio. 350 small block Chevy engine with 400 HP (estimated).

Adjustable Spax shocks.

Triumph Spitfire front suspension.

Cortina GT rear axle with limited slip differential. 4 training arms and a panhard rod.

Has Britax competition seat belts.

Engine has Keith Black Hypereutectic pistons. Trick Flow twisted wedge aluminium heads. Edelbrock Performer intake manifold. 600 CFM Holley carburetor. Hooker block hugger headers. H E I ignition with Accel coil.

Transmission is a T 5 five speed Borg Warner with Wildwood release bearing.

Brakes are Triumph dual piston on the front and British Ford drums on the rear.

Vehicle has 205-60-R-13 Yokohama A-008 R tires on 6 inch Revolution Aluminium wheels.

It has a Triumph rack and pinion steering with 13 inch Formuling GT steering wheel.

The frame is welded steel tube with fiberglass and aluminium body.
