First owned by Mrs Patillo of 22 Upper Phillimore Gardens. Kensington.
With such an unusual surname it should have been easy to find out more about her but no such luck.
Between 1873 & 189 3 the residents of 22 Upper Phillimore Gardens were Henry & Amelia Wright – she was the eldest daughter of Sir Titus Salt wool-merchant. philanthropist & creator of the Village of Saltaire.
There is a James Durie Pattullo & an Alfred Pattullo both residents in the Kensington District in the 1930 s but there is no way to find out if Patillo is mis-spelling of Pattullo which may have been the case.
Perhaps there is a relative of the mysterious Mrs Patillo / Pattullo who may be able to identify her for us.
