Unfortunately it has become time for me to part with my Escort. this has been a lot of FUN!!! As you can see this has had a lot of money spent on it and has all you would want including
LSD rear axle Front Spot Lights Passengers Lap Timer and Map Lights Intercom System Fire Extinguisher system Roll Cage Master Switch cut off Carbon Bucket Seats Carbon Bonnet and boot Alloy Fuel tank Spare Fuel pump wired in Fuel Pressure gauge 2. 0 Pinto Engine on twin 48 Carbs (155 BHP. 165 lb/ft torque. rolling road print out to prove)5 Speed gearbox 6 months tax and MOT
I have recently carried out the following maintenance:
New Cam Belt fitted and Cam cover gasket 2 weeks ago New Carb to Inlet manifold gaskets fitted 2 weeks ago New spark plugs. distributor cap. points and condenser fitted New starter motor fitted New Fan belt fitted Oil and filter changed in last month New front Wheel Bearing fitted New front discs and pads fitted this week
This car has done a lot of track days and hill climbs. I did a rally day at Silverstone in it at the end of last year. This car is fast and heaps of fun. always get out with a smile on your face. The car was also featured in the February edition of Retro Ford.
