Wagons are more popular than ever now days. we are seeing them in all shapes and sizes but this one is really different! This 1958 Chevrolet Yeoman two door wagon is a knockout! The car is a rust free. body off restored highly detailed showpiece. The paint and body are excellant on the car. the bright red finish is deep and super shiney. The body is straight with great panel fittment. The frame and undercarraige are both fully polished in the cars exterior body color. The glass. britework and rubber are all in excellant condition also. A 348 powerplant with 3 dueces was chosen for the car. the engine is all stock and backed by a 700 R 4 automatic overdrive transmission. The stock rear axle was used with 3:70 gearing. A 605 power steering conversion was installed along with a new flaming river tilt column. All of the bushings and shocks were replaced. disc brakes added with a Corvette master cylinder and a new four corner air suspension was installed. The wagon is rolling on new 20 and 18 inch Billet Specialties wheels with speed rated radials also. On the inside the Yeoman wagons were bare bones. A new high end interior was installed by Popes Hot Rods in a cool two toned Brown leatherlike material with basketweave inserts. The interior was accented by painting the garnish moldings and dash to match the other materials. The lights and gauges are in working order on the car as well as the new AM/FM/CD stereo. The four corner air ride is monitered from inside the cabin thanks to the Air lift gauges. This one is fresh. never seen or offered for sale before dont miss it!
