1967 Volkswagen Beetle Clean Original for sale

Up for sale is my very original 1967 beetle.
I am the third owner of this car and it has spent it's entire life in the San Francisco Bay Area.
It was originally purchased at Stan Carlsen VW on 19 th Avenue and spent the four decades in Marin County and now back to San Francisco.
The previous owners cared for the car well as have I.
It is a matching numbers with original H block engine.
The car had one respray in the '90's and overall shows well. There are some minor paint chips over the car.
There is no rust in the car except for one spot.
There is a small rust hole through about the size of bullet right in the middle of the drivers side door. I have never seen one there and thought it was a bullet until the previous owner said water had got in behind the window and the regulator was touching the door and it rusted through.
The wheels were recently repainted in the two tone black and white and the tires are newer.
The entire brake system was gone through.
The care drives beautifully.
The seats were redone in two tone material.
Original keys go with the car.
Car has straight original California Black License plates that go with the car.
Title in hand in my name and the car is registered through the end of December this year.
