Up for sale is a very unique Hot Rod originally built for displaying new products from the company Lucky7  Enterprises out of Canada. Lucky 7 is known for there high quality hot rod/roadster suspension & chassis components. Lucky 7 only builds 4 cars a year and this was one of them back in 2012. The main purpose was to display a new chassis and suspension package that they developed to smooth out the ride of these types of cars. after driving it I would say they got it figured out. The car went on display as a rolling chassis with only a cab and drive train bolted in place for display. then after a few shows it went up for sale.   The rolling chassis was sold to a gentlemen in the US named Gary Reid. Gary is known for his custom work that includes the 60's Hot Wheels inspired Bubble Ray and other themed cool classic rides. Gary went to work on the C Cab until he found out we had an original Dan Woods T Bucket that he just had to add it to his collection. Gary offered up a trade and the deal was done. we got the C Cab and he got the Dan Woods T Bucket. Now it was in our hands to complete the project and after many man hours and parts we think it came out "Awesome" As you can see by the pictures it's a simple but radical custom that you just can't deny is cool. The pipes belch out flames as you rev the 4 bolt main small block chevy and everyone around just looks with a big grin. A little background on the theme as Gary is friends with Big Daddy Ed Roths family "Rat Fink" and wanted to keep the So Cal 60's hot rod tradion alive. Gary had a ton of custom pinstripe & gold leaf done by famous pinstripe artists. these guys are all the best in the business and all very talented official Ratfink artists. As you can see by the details it's amazing to say the least and credits go out to -  James Jensen who did the artwork on the top. Frank Magoo did all the lettering and real 24 karat gold leaf (2 weeks worth of work on that alone) that was designed by Pinstripingbygeet Geet at LN Signs. Jeff Dastrup striped the rear section and Matt Wood gets credit for the scoop. The paint is super nice with a two tone super slick gloss black and deep candy burgundy on the bottom. The full suspension & frame are Lucky 7 Enterprises proprietary signature series stuff mixed in with Willwood brakes and a Currie 9" custom ford rear. The front suspension is completely chromed and as you can see by the pictures it's all logoed with Luck7. The rear has adjustable coil overs to control ride height and 4 link style suspension. The wheels are rocket brand wrapped in mew BFG radials. The interior is a simple with polished tilt column. dolphin brand gauges & lokar shifter. The battery is boxed in a old style chest located in rear area of the cab and adds to the cool factor.   The engine is a basic 4 bolt main chevy with polished 4 barrel intake & Holley 600cfm carb. There is tones of little polished & chrome details along with a set of zoomy style ceramic coated headers. The trans is turbo 350 with polished pan and lokar style dipstick. The Lucky 7 is truly a hot rod and would be great for local shows or display vehicle for a restaurant or bar. Lucky 7 built a great base and after it was completed turned into a killer Hot Rod!! feel free to email with any questions & to arrange a time to come look at the car.
