1981 Mk1 Vauxhall Cavalier Sportshatch

This belonged to my uncle who passed away recently.

This has been off the road since 2001 has been parked outside under sheets ever since.

We have keys. v5. lots of mot certificates and receipts.

Drivers door lock doesn't seem to work.

Car has been stored outside so there is lots of rust and I doubt underside will be solid.

Car sold as seen. spares or repair / restoration project. will obviously need to be towed.

Viewing before bidding is recommended due to condition of car.

As a Vauxhall enthusiast myself. nbsp;I am keen for someone to save this from the scrap yard but if there is no interest it will be scrapped.

Engine DOES turn over and there is a good spark at the plugs.

18/3/2013 Engine now starts. runs and idles nicely. It can be driven onto a trailer

Forgot to mention. auction does not include a working battery as we had to borrow one to start it up. We will keep the battery on the car until the car has been loaded up onto trailer and is ready to go then we will take the battery out. Cheers

Hiya , iv been after a mk1 Vauxhall cavalier for years now ! My grandad had one while I grew up , fell in love with it!
