We are offering a 1946 GMC 1 1/2 Ton Truck. Series 350. Model EC.   This truck has been stored in a barn until recently.   I purchased it from a local farming family who had owned and used it on the farm for as long as the seller could remember.   He didn't know if his father and uncle purchased it new.   However. it had been in service on their farm for all of his 50-60 years of life.   It has normal wear and tear for a 68 year old vehicle.   The motor was running in the last 4-5 years when it was parked in my barn.   I had the intentions of restoring it for personal use.   However. I have far too many projects and must locate a new home for a few of them.   The body is pretty solid.   You can see where someone applied body filler to the fenders and grill at some point in the past.   I would assume this was done before an old paint job.   The cab is in good condition.   The original bench seats are missing.   There are a few spots of rust in the body as can be seen in the photos. but nothing severe.   The floor boards are solid.   The engine and transmission appear to be original.   As previously stated. it ran a few years ago.   We actually drove it off the previous owner's property!   The brakes need to be reworked.   The lines leak down and cause the rear brakes/wheels to lock.   The wooden bed is in fair condition. but would probably need to be replaced.   The wood is not rotten. but worn.   The tires are old. but have held air for years without leaking down.   All of the glass in this truck is flat.   Some of glass has cracks. but none is completely missing.   This truck is possibly a “Victory” model produced in late 1945 (post August 20. 1945).   Chrome was not available following World War II.   All bumpers and grills were painted. not chromed.   The bumpers and grill on this truck are not chromed. but painted.   I am not a GMC truck expert. but someone might be able to confirm this as a “Victory” model.   This truck is the perfect candidate for restoration or resto-mod.

I have made every attempt to fairly describe this truck.   If you have any questions. please feel free to message me through eBay or call 229-239-0598.   I have advertised this truck for sale locally.   However. I am ready to sell it.   I am willing to listen to any cash offer.   Please do not be bashful and make an offer on this truck.   It will be sold!

This truck is sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS.   No warranties are given or implied.

A deposit is required when the offer is accepted.   The buyer is expected to pay the balance within 7 days.   As long as payment is made in full. I will hold the truck for a reasonable amount of time until pick-up can be arranged.

THANKS!
