I own a restoration shop and this is a car I am selling for a customer.

It is a one family owner since new. It was bought new at Butler-Veitch sales on Van Ness avenue in San Francisco by the grandfather of my customer.

It in 100 percent original except a repaint in 1955. The engine is 350 cubic inches and produces 74 horsepower thus. model 74.

The mechanics. We got the engine running with a new set of plugs and cleaned the fuel system. changed the oil and overall it is very good.

It does have a low cylinder so I would suggest a valve job. There is no knocking. leaking or smoke.

It actually purrs and is very quiet.

I have driven the car and transmission. clutch. steering and brakes are great.

Just as nice as they were 89 years ago.

The son of the original buyer kept a log of dates and mileage and the fuel purchased. His log starts in 1963 and shows 45630 miles.

The log stops at 7/84 and the mileage was 52275.

The mileage today is 52733. Garaged all of it's life and that is where I found it.

In the garage.

I could not get the ignition switch to unlock so I brought a toggle switch to the inside for starting.

The key turns but won't allow the switch to turn to the "on" position.

The body. Unbelievable.

There is a little ding on the right front door and that is it. Perfectly straight and not a spot of rust ANYWHERE.

All the nickel plated parts are perfect save a small ding about half the size of a dime in one headlight.

All the lights work via a switch on the dash.

Even the back up light works when shifted to reverse.

All the doors fit perfectly and tight. No sagging or wood rot problems.

Super tight.

The interior. Very. very nice for being 89 years old.

The headliner. seats. rear carpeting and door panels all look to be original.

The front flooring I am not sure about.

Under the front seat are all the original tools with jack and handle. crank start lever. hand wrenches. wheel tool and a small oiler.

Overall. A really nice old car that has been loved and taken care of properly all of its life.

It is probably too nice to restore and they are only original once.

A lot of fun to drive and look at.

A little bit of engine work and it would be a perfect driver.

These cars were very high end and sold for about $4000. 00 in 1925.

They were comparable to the Cadillac. Packard. Pierce Arrow of the time.

If you want to see and drive the car or have questions or need more photos. please call Bruce weekdays at .

I am about 15 miles east of Sacramento off Highway 80 heading towards Reno.
