Here is my 1964 morris mini cooper s look-a-like
This car has been restored by myself over 7 years and has had everything replaced/recon thro-out.
Engine: 1298 (12 H extra stud) with fresh bore. istons. hells. lutch. nleaded head. arb overhaul. tarter. ynamo. ater pump. adiator new rc 40 exhaust. cb
Gearbox: original 3 syncro box with low ratio diff for sprinting with new drive shafts
Body: bare metal re-spray with new wings front panel. uter sills. A" panels. oor skins. etc etc floor and wheel inner arches painted not covered with bitumen. o rot or hidden repairs. all brightwork is stainless bumpers/trim. cooper s grille and mustache. halogen headlamps. rear boot is the fold down number plate type. ll locks work with original key. Sub frames: both powder coated and all bearing replaced on ALL joints. hi-low suspension all round. gas shocks
Brakes: all brakes brand new. front cooper s discs and rear cooper s wide drums . ll with goodridge hoses. brake pipes all replaced
Interior: all original seats with new carpets and sound proofing fitted. ead lining good. ll switches work as they should. and has original floor starter

all in all this car has been put together as original. using period parts. not cheap crap from china. ince rebuild i have done approx 300 miles. still needs to be run in.
