1988 Chevrolet Camaro: IROC-Z, T-Tops, 5 Speed! for sale
Current customer rating:
Hello. I'm selling my 1988 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-z. I have owned this car for over 7 years. I bought it from my cousin who bought the car in 2000. At this time the car wore the original paint. I don't have a long list of receipts for the car. mostly for my own sanity. I have over 25. 00 invested in the car. and although it is exactly the way I always wanted it. I am selling it to buy a house. I built the car with the help of my Dad. a 30 year Painter/Bodyman. without any intentions of ever selling it.
No expense or shortcuts taken!
The car wears all the original sheet metal. less the 2 inch cowl goodmark hood. I still have the original hood. and every panel on the car still carries a sticker matching the VIN of the car. This car has no bondo and no rust! Never been in an accident! The body on this car is extremely straight.
The car has not seen rain and has been garage kept since 2000.
The floors still have the original paint on them with out a sign of surface rust. The car was an original 305. 5-speed car.
I have taken the car to the track a handful of times. where it consistently ran low 12's at just under 110 mph. The car was driven. not beat. and never speed shifted. On the street. red light to red light. you would be hard pressed to find a worthy competitor! Car weighs 3300 lbs.
