Overall this is a great running classic Volvo and would make an excellent basis for a restoration project that you could drive while you restore.
I believe it has been a west coast car for most of its life. Has a 1992 California parking sticker. probably spent it's first 25+ years in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I know of a good replacement fender and stock steel wheels if you wanted to get a jump on the restoration.
I might also be able to locate an original roof rack for the eventual buyer.
