1964 Studebaker Daytona Wagonaire TV car from the MR. ED show 63-64 for sale
Current customer rating: (698 votes ) based onYES Ladies & Germs. Here is the Studebaker Supplied Daytona Wagonaire used on the TV Show. Mr. Ed. Was use in 1 show. titled Ed the Donkey. only brief shots were used. but how cool. Wibur's wife Carol (Connie Hines) and she was a hottie sat in the back seat waiting to go on vacation. but Ed had other plans!
I have owned & enjoyed this great car for 2-1/2 years. CLEAR OHIO Title in my name. tagged and insured. insured for asking price. Hagerty had no issue doing a policy for that amount. due to the shape and history of this wagon. a few in the Studebaker club have pointed out a few changes from the shipping document. but she is what she is. I have maintained it to drivers standards. I am not a show car geek. I LOVE to drive my cars. I am only selling due to the fact that I have let my collection get out of hand of late. I am not mad. desperate to sell. nor am I hard up for cash. Trades? never know. I am a FALCON nut. and Comets as well. but would need to be of equal value. NADA Book or Hagerty. or boot my way.
Car is a 259. V8 2 barrel. with a Automatic Trans. Power Steering. Power Brakes. Sliding Roof. Power Rear Window. AM Radio and Roof Rack. Everything works as it should BUT the Gas Gauge and the Speedo. speedo started to click when I took to storage. so I un hooked it. and the Power Steering drips. needs a line or seal. Back uplights all still work. dash has a few cracks. PO installed a dash carpet. in matching green. looks nice. Wagon turns heads EVERY WHERE I drive it. Wagon retains the stock 15" steel wheels and hub caps. to be honest. I drove 3 times last year. so time to pass this wagon on the next care taker.
If you still have questions. PLEASE ASK me. 513-312-8799. 7AM-11PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. CAR will not leave my sight until any PAYMENT is CLEAR. and in my hand. I will assist in loading. please have your insurance in place before it's loaded. I can not. or will not be held liable for any shipping damage by shipping company. I will transfer the title and USPS NEXT DAY AIR SIGNATURE REQUIRED to you when payment is clear. and provide you a Bill of sale. and a copy of my current Ohio Historical registration.
