Seller's notes: Try finding one in this condition! 8 months registration. There are no missing parts on this car that I can think of as I have applied great attention to detail to ensure even the smallest screws are in tact. Excellent car to drive. Currently not being driven daily. Exhaust system tired. Paint really good for its age. The car is straight but has some very minor rust spots in the usual spots (see pics) on the back/bottom of the front quarters. Tailshaft (uni's) slightly noisy when free rolling. I am in no hurry to sell and will not accept any ridiculous offers! If you feel price is too high then make an offer!!!

This 1975 GC Galant Station Wagon was bought 6 years ago and I spent 2 years restoring it. It was in mint condition but the running gear was in need of attention. My GC Coupe of 20 years had just been written off (impacted on the passenger side door) so I decided to restore the station wagon with the running gear from the Coupe.

During the engine and gearbox changeover the head. carburetor and clutch were reconditioned.

I also added the brake booster. bleed lines and pedal assembly. My goal was to keep it as original as possible with a few extra additions from the coupe such as the sports steering wheel. front bucket seats. new retractable seat belts and lots of little bits and pieces collected over the years. Also included but not installed from the Coupe are the tacometer dash assembly and the centre console.

I am also including plenty of spare parts ranging from a mild crow cam to original rims and hub caps. No cracks in the dash. I am located in Vermont South. Melbourne. Victoria.
8 months Registration Road Worthy Condition. (Will seek a certificate upon sale if requested)Metallic Sienna (Reddish Brown). Immaculate Condition. 2 nd owner. All original excluding rims. brake booster and bucket seats. Tyres: Good Year Assurance 185 x 60 14"Rims: 14" Performance Globes (1995). Engine: 4 g 32 1600 cc. approx. 80. 00 since reco. Head reco. at 50. 00. Replaced timing chain. Carburetor overhauled. New battery Exide Premium. All rear suspension rubbers replaced with nolathane and new shockers. Differential centre replaced. New gearbox mount and rear seal. New clutch. Front brake callipers overhauled and relined. New rear brake cylinders. Brake booster and bleed lines from GC Coupe. Sway bar bushes replaced with nolathane. Tie-rod boots replaced and re-greased. Replaced tailgate outer rubber and torsion bars. Front door window rubbers. New front head lamps. Windscreen wiper assembly replaced. Heater overhauled with new tap and sealing foam. Interior all original except for bucket seats (Dusty blue pattern hence seat covers). It drives like a new car. well almost. Make me a decent offer if you are serious!
