Originally I built this car in 1978 as my VW Shop car. The finished restoration has taken 2 years and now has less than 500 miles. The following is a list of what has been done to bring this car back to life and in show condition.

1990 Toyota 22R engine (complete rebuild) with Weber carburation. TnT Automotive Machine. Kingman. AZ

Toyota engine to VW transaxle adapter kit with 200mm Stage II clutch. Kennedy Products

H. D. rebuilt transaxle. nbsp; 3. 88 R&P. nbsp; Superdiff. . nbsp; 378/206/126/. 82 ratio. Mohr Performance. nbsp; Hesperia. CA

Hurst custom shifter (chrome with reverse lockout)

High performance starter & new battery

4 wheel disc brakes w/emerg. brake. with chrome brake handle

All new wiring (custom fabrication. with wiring diagram and color code)

Custom radiator and instillation (radiator in front of car with custom VW grille) see photos

New paint. nbsp; Black Cherry Metallic  (2005 Honda M/C color)

Complete custom interior and dash. Arturos Aircraft Interiors. Kingman. AZ

Custom poly gas tank

New window and door seals

New tires with chrome wheels and hub caps

LED  tail. stop and turn signal lights

Dual chrome lake side pipes (working)

Plus all the little things that I have forgotten to list.

This car is being sold "As Is" without warrentee

mar 16 2023 - STILL FOR SALE? i know obsessive devotee to vw bugs who may just buy it its: 5150mxvw on youtube this guy has an endless obsession to buy bugs no matter how old or badly rusted he just may go for this so send me a yes if it still for sale with sales info in a pdf {preferably} if not, im ok, ill forward it to him ;)
